Your Voice

Morrisville, no one should take away your voice, so always remember…

You're allowed to speak your mind or opinion about things in town, without being attacked.

You're allowed to disagree with something being done, without being labeled the enemy.

You're allowed to question things, without it being an attack on others.

You're allowed to want changes, without being told you're radical.

You're allowed to challenge changes you think are unnecessary, without being labeled vile names or attacked with personal remarks.

You're allowed to express your thoughts and ideas, without being insulted.

Our Borough and country stand on the principle that different people with different beliefs about how to best help people, and how to run things, is a fundamental right.  We may not agree with the opinion, but you have every right to have and defend it. But don't try to crush others just for having their own and the courage to speak.

You sit. You listen. You respond. And you give them your respect. That's what our local leaders should be doing. It's time to bring that back to our Borough.
