Swearing In of New Council Members Jan 5

As we close out 2025, the Morrisville Democratic Committee would like to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year and wish everyone and their families only the best in 2026.

While this year was a whirlwind of changes, challenges, and a number of disappointments, we believe that 2026 will be one of hope and success for Morrisville, the county, and the country. We can't forget the Democratic wins up and down the County that our team worked so hard for. Your dedication and support did not go unnoticed. 

Morrisville had wins this year when they elected:

• 4 new Councilpersons: Shawn Ratti, Peggy Walsh, Debby Colgan and Anna Langer

• 4 new School Board members: Charles Sweeney, Kevin Subers, Sara Stern and Kathryn Price Engelhard

  • (School Board members were sworn in on December 3rd)

• Tax Collector Katie Schell

Let us congratulate their success and attend their swearing in on Monday, January 5, at 6:30 pm, Morrisville Borough Hall, 35 Union Street, Morrisville

Corryn Kronnagel was elected to be our Magisterial Judge, 7th District, her swearing in will be at 12:30 pm on January 5 at the Magisterial District Court, 31 East Cleveland Ave. Morrisville, PA 19067

Reminder, there is a petition being circulated on change.org regarding the board appointments that were made at the last Council meeting on December 16th. Thank you to all that have signed it and we encourage everyone to sign. Go to change.org and search Morrisville Boards. Thank you in advance to those who will sign up.
